All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Outside Mumbai: 3–10 business days

3. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. If your order has not been delivered within 10 business days from the dispatch date, please contact us at:

4. Order Modifications

If you wish to make changes to your order, including updating the shipping address or adding products, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. Once an order has been dispatched, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

5. Missing or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product or if any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and products. Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order. Raw Magic shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
