1. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible.
2. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
The actual time taken for the refund to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Orders Refused at Delivery
If you refuse to accept your order at the time of delivery or fail to take delivery after the order has been dispatched, the order will be treated as cancelled by the customer.
Once an order has been dispatched, no refund of any amount paid will be issued for refused or undelivered orders due to customer non-acceptance.
Raw Magic also reserves the right to decline or restrict future orders from customers who repeatedly refuse to accept deliveries.
Note: This clause does not apply if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, which is covered under Section 2 of Return & Refund Policy.
4. Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information while placing an order.
Raw Magic shall not be responsible for failed deliveries or delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer.
