1. Order Cancellation

2. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The actual time taken for the refund to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Orders Refused at Delivery

If a customer refuses to accept order at the time of delivery without a valid reason, Raw Magic reserves the right to restrict future order placements for that customer. Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, may not be refundable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information while placing an order. Raw Magic shall not be responsible for failed deliveries or delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer.
