2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

• Your order number
• A continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until all items are fully unpacked (mandatory)
• Clear photos of the product(s), if required
• Photos of the outer packaging, including the shipping label, if required
Please note: The unboxing video is mandatory for all claims related to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products. Claims submitted without a continuous, unedited unboxing video cannot be processed or approved.
3. Refund Eligibility
If your request is approved after verification, we may offer:
• A replacement product, or
• Store credit, or
• A refund to the original payment method
The resolution provided will depend on the nature of the issue and will be decided at the sole discretion of Raw Magic.
4. Natural Product Disclaimer
Many Raw Magic products are handmade or formulated using naturally derived ingredients. Minor variations in colour, texture, fragrance, or appearance may occur between batches and should not be considered defects.
